Your Account

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, an account is required to make a purchase. Creating an account enables you to access your certificate. Once you've purchased the certificate you log in using the same username and password to view all the modules.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "log in" on any page on ipsasacademy.net and then click "Forgotten your password?". Simply follow the onscreen instructions to retrieve your password.

How can I update my personal details?
You can update your details in the Personal Profile area of any module. Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I change my username or password?
You can change your username and password in the Personal Profile area of any module. Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I change the email address that I have registered with?
You can change your username and password in the Personal Profile area of any module. Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I remove my account?
If you would like to remove your account from ipsasacademy.net please email customerservice@nelsoncroom.co.uk with the subject line "Remove account". Please include your username and the email address that your account is registered to.
 
 
 
Ordering

Can I cancel my order?
Access to your modules starts the moment you complete the payment process. However, if you decide that the certificate you have purchased is not for you, then give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

I would like to order several copies of the certificate for my colleagues. How do I do that?
The ipsasacademy.net website is designed to sell individual certificates to individuals. If you want to order more than one copy please email us at customerservice@nelsoncroom.co.uk or call us on 020 7582 3309.
 
 
 
Payment

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments to ipsasacademy.net are processed by the WorldPay payment system which uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, a VAT receipt will be sent to the email address that you supply when setting up your account.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No, payment is processed through WorldPay via Debit or Credit card.

What cards do you accept? 
We accept Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, and Solo.

Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque. All payments need to be made by Credit or Debit card.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order from the time of purchase for a period of 7 days provided you have not accessed any module. If you have worked through any of the module content you will not be able to cancel your order. However, if you have purchased the certificate and then find it's not what you thought it was, then give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given at the discretion of the management at Nelson Croom.   

What do I do if there's a problem with my payment?
Payments are processed by WorldPay. If you have any problems please contact them directly.
 
 
 
Courses

When can I access the certificate I purchase?
Once you have completed the payment process you will be taken to back to the ipsasacademy.net homepage. Your modules will be listed on the right hand side of the page, under the heading "My modules and progress". Click on a module and you will be taken straight in.

Can I revisit the modules once I have completed them?
Yes, you can access your modules as often as you want to during your years access period. Just go to www.ipsasacademy.net, log in and your modules are listed for you on the right hand side of the screen.

How long do I get access to my certificate for?
You have access to all the modules in the certificate for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do I have to complete my certificate in one session?
No, you can access your module(s) as often as you want to during your year's access period.

Can I extend the length of access?
Each certificate has one year's access period upon purchase, if you are unable to complete your certificate in this time then contact customerservice@nelsoncroom.co.uk or give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

How many times can I access the modules?
You can access the modules as often as you want to during the year access period.

What record is there of my learning activity?

A certificate of completion is available to print off when you complete your certificate.

What computer set up do I need to access the courses?
ipsasacademy.net modules are designed so that you DON'T need any special computer set up, downloads or plug ins. All you need to access the modules is a computer with internet access.

ipsasacademy.net is an online resource. The certificate is published by Nelson Croom, which has been providing courses to accountants and other professionals for over 10 years.
